We woke up early again this morning and set down our camper. We kids went back to sleep while my parents stayed up driving (someone has to do it). When we woke up, we had entered Grand Teton National Park. We stopped at the first visitors center we came upon. Morgan and Joshua used the penny machine that engraves images on the penny. I bought a post card (I'm now up to 21). We drove up to Jenny Lake. A family from the campground we had just left said there was a boat tour we had to do. They hike the same trail every year and turn around once they see a moose. Unfortunately, it was raining, so we didn't get to do the boat trip or the hike. We decided to drive into Jackson, Wyoming and get lunch. The traffic was so backed up, though, that it would have taken us hours to get there. We ended up stopping at an outdoor grill (it had stopped raining by now) and eating there. The weather had improved, so we went back to Jenny Lake. We took the boat across the lake and hiked around on the hiking trail the family had told us about. The trail was called Hidden Falls. The trail was beautiful, but it would have been better if we'd seen a moose. At the falls there was a rocky cliff. So, being Osbornes, we climbed it. We climbed for twenty minutes then headed back to the boat. Once the boat took us back to the mainland, we ended up driving to Cody, Wyoming, the home of Buffalo Bill's Wild West Show. On our way, we stopped to drive up a scenic road. There were supposed to be a lot of animals on that road. We saw ten elk and a giant pigeon. He was huge. I mean, he was the size of a chicken. We rolled into Cody around midnight. We kids had fallen asleep, so our parents set up our camper without us. They woke us up and put us to bed back in our camper. This morning we set down our camper and headed on our way to Mount Rushmore. Stay tuned to experience our adventure!

Pictures to come when I have better service. And, yes, there's a picture of the giant pigeon.
