It was so comfortable when we went to bed last night. Come midnight it was freezing! When we woke up, we dressed in long sleeves and jackets, but by ten a.m it was in the eighties. After we woke up, we put down our camper and drove into town. There were so many quaint little shops. Not two of them looked alike. We shopped for awhile, then went to the river walk. After we left the river walk, we headed off for our next adventure. We are now on our way to Jensen, Utah to visit Dinosaur National Monument. On our journey to Dinosaur National Park, we drove through Rocky Mountain National Park on the same road we took yesterday. We saw four big horned sheep and the same herd of elk we saw yesterday. We also crossed the Great Continental Divide. After we finished driving through the park, we took a scenic road through the Gore Pass. There was a train track running next to the Colorado River with big cliffs next to them. After about four hours, we stopped in Steamboat Springs, CO and went to Fish Creek Falls. The water was cold, but we jumped right in anyway. We hiked in the creek close to the waterfall. There was a fallen tree that Morgan and I shimmied over. There was a rock under it that we used as a water slide. We spent about an hour there swimming and sliding on rocks. Once we dried off, we loaded back up in the car and started off again. A couple of hours later, we stopped in Craig, CO for dinner. While we waited for our food, my mom reserved a campsite in Jensen. That's where we are headed now. Today was a long and adventurous day, one that I'll never forget. Stay tuned to experience our adventure.
